Building Team of Sharechat Ads Group; leading product design for our brand, Moj Shop commerce & seller advertising products.

• Helped build a new design team and practices, guiding them through the process of transforming customer knowledge into a compelling set of features for Sharechat Business & Moj Commerece.
• Transformed project requirements, business goals, customer needs, and technical constraints into a crisp set of problems to solve and goals to achieve - resulting in one shared experience built on a common platform that served Sharechat Business, including Brand Marketing, Performance, DMP, Ads Manager, and Pixel Network
• Led end-to-end redesign of our product framework—a new interaction model and reorganized content catalog—that addressed usability issues and introduced a scalable content architecture and modular design system.
• Impart day-to-day design leadership across the organization, fostering a shared understanding of cohesive, well-informed, and user-centric design solutions.
• Collaboratively crafted Sharechat Business & Moj UX practice and design principles, which served as a guidepost for delivering a differentiated product experience.
• Partnered with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Programming leadership to ensure delivery against strategic initiatives that highlighted Sharechat's Business award-winning content
• Partnered with UX research to establish test and learn processes and ensure data-driven insights from a variety of inputs informed our UX and continued product improvement strategy
• In this role, I spearheaded the creation of a scenario-based prototype that illustrated the future state of our ads products, helping to bring innovative new products to the people of Bharath.
• I built strong relationships and maintained close partnerships with cross-functional colleagues across priority surfaces. I regularly communicated progress and updates to design and product leadership across the ads organization.
