The project deals with a Property Management System incorporating highly customizable management tools equipped with powerful and sophisticated features, allowing the end user to administer tasks remotely or using the net. The important modules are HR, Accounting, Corporate Hierarchy, Leasing, Vendor Management, Inventory, Alerts, Security and Maintenance, and Forms Management. The entire project is related to the different stages that go through in the real estate business. A dynamic alert system reminds certain level of employees, on their login, of their job and pending jobs.

The American Gardens Realty Website (later called AGRW) serves the purpose of the AGRC Company and provides exclusive realty services to AGRC members and users.
The scope of this work is to develop an application that: • Allows a customer to contact an agent to buy a property. • Allows registered users to access all features of the website.
- Facilitates the user to see the houses set as Open Houses for the weekend. • Facilitates the user to see the Featured Properties of AGR. • Incorporates the functionalities like quick search, advanced search, buying/selling of a property, daily listing service, etc. • Allows the admin to create agent details, and the Agent login details would be mailed to the agent's provided email id. • Allows the admin to map the seller details and insert the commission details. • Allows the admin to make appointments with the customers to show the property.

Description:
The Liquid Media project deals with complete job management for the client AGMC, USA, a disc manufacturing company. It provides a complete solution in all stages of disc manufacture, including job tracking, inventory and replication, duplication, labeling, printing, packaging, and shipping. Alert systems are included to track job status. Jobs are assigned to different machines depending on the requirements and availability of the machines.
Developing e-commerce products allows websites to accept online payments and establish credit relationships of up to $3M monthly with banks. Upgraded product with new features, opened code to accommodate customer language and platform preferences, improved interface, and increased security.
Responsibilities:
